This outfit clearly isn’t one I would wear today, since the sun all of the sudden showed it’s face and it actually is quite warm outside (Thank God!). My mom (who often plays my photographer) and I took these photos last weekend when it was way too cold. Yuk! It was so chilly I decided to wear a pair of woolen over the knee socks. I thought tights were still a little bit too covering in the ‘summer’ and these socks still showed a tiny bit of leg. It actually is the perfect fall outfit, but worn in the summer. The shoes I’m wearing are also perfect ‘transition’ items: Not too closed and not too open. They’re half pumps half ankle boots. You might understand why it was love at first sight: First of all the color is perfect (I was desperately searching for grey shoes), secondly the material and lastly the form (like I just described).
