The weather is currently playing mind-games with us east-coasters. One day it’s sixty degrees and sunny, the next is thirty-eight degrees and rainy. I’m more than eager to wear my spring dresses and with unpredictable temps, it’s not practical to wear a sleeveless dress and sandals just yet. But, I’m determined to find a way, so I came up with the idea of pairing my new fav spring dress with a few winter layering pieces that I’ve been dependent on for cooler days.
I came across this tunic style dress from Maggy London and immediately loved the cut, colors and mixed pattern. Since it does have sleeves, it made sense to layer it with a simple black mock neck top and my old faithful go-to otk boots. I added a pop of red for extra style and love how very sixties mod this look turned out to be.
